This policy explains what information OfferAlert collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately short and plain.
1. Information we collect
To deliver alerts we collect the contact details you give us — your email address and/or WhatsApp number — and your alert preferences (instruments, risk level, and frequency). We store a PIN you choose so you can log in. We also collect basic usage data to keep the Service working and secure.
2. How we use it
We use your information to send the alerts you asked for, operate and improve the Service, and communicate essential account or service notices. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing
We share data only with the service providers that help us run OfferAlert — for example, email and messaging delivery — and only as needed to provide the Service. We may disclose information if required by law.
4. Your choices
You can update your preferences, pause alerts, or delete your account and associated data at any time from your dashboard. Deleting your account removes your contact details from active alerting.
5. Data retention & security
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
