Welcome to OfferAlert. By creating an account or using our website, alerts, or WhatsApp bot (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. What OfferAlert is — and isn't
OfferAlert is an awareness and alerting product. We surface Nigerian fixed-income opportunities — such as Treasury Bills, FGN Bonds and commercial paper — from public and official sources, and notify you when matching offers open. OfferAlert is not a brokerage, bank, wallet, custodian, or trading platform, and we do not accept, hold, or move funds on your behalf.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing on the Service is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Information may be incomplete, delayed, or contain errors. Always confirm details with the official source or a licensed intermediary before acting, and consider seeking independent professional advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate contact details and keep your PIN confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may stop alerts or delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including scraping at scale, reselling our data without permission, attempting to breach security, or using alerts for unlawful purposes.
5. Availability
We work to keep the Service accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OfferAlert is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service — including missed opportunities, delayed or inaccurate alerts, or investment losses.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
